JOB TITLE:
Job Duties:: Architecture, design, integration and implementation of large scale enterprise, end-to-end business process applications. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the customers/developers with software development best practices and development methodologies. Perform Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and use specialized methodologies and tools to design and implement core business process automation solutions using FileNet P8 Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM) platform, using Java/J2EE and/ or .NET technologies, XML Web Services, interactive web application development using JSP and HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and XML/XSLT technologies. Provide finance industry specific knowledge combined with in-depth technical knowledge and skills. Lead a team of software developers using software project management methodologies.
Job requirements:: Master's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Economics, MIS, Business Management Systems or closely related field + 18 months in the job offered or in a Senior position in Software Consulting (Developer or Architect)
OR
BS (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Economics, MIS, Business Management Systems or closely related field + 5 years of progressive experience in a Senior position in Software Consulting (Developer or Architect).
Specific skills required:: Certification in FileNet P8 Business Process Management OR FileNet P8 Content Management.
