Galantis is looking for Business Process/Worflow Architects with FileNet P8 experience for our projects in the US and worldwide.

Core Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Business Management or in a related field.
  • 3+ years of IT industry experience with a proven record of success and increasing responsibility. At least 2 years in a senior business analyst/business architect role.
  • Dynamic, creative, and self-motivated, strategic thinker in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must have a high degree of attention to detail with a strong commitment to completion of tasks and delivery of quality products.
  • Proficient in gathering, validating, documenting and managing both business and technical requirements. Insuring solutions satisfy stated requirements and business needs.
  • Must have extensive experience working with documentation as well in facilitating client meetings and conducting detailed interviews to solicit user requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills. Working knowledge of UML. Experience with business process definition, modeling, analysis, and reengineering; logical data modeling, workflow modeling, performing use case analysis and realizations. Knowledge of standard workflow modeling languages, notations and patterns a plus.
  • Natural team leader. Excellent communication, mentoring and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills and ability to efficiently communicate with diverse audiences.
Desired Skills
  • Industry experience in insurance, finance and healthcare is a plus.
  • FileNet/IBM tools and technologies knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with the full SDLC, best practices and development methodologies. Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Architectures and technologies like J2EE, SOA, and .Net
